1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Book Your Maid ("us", "we", or "our") provides placement consultancy services through our mobile application and website. Our refund policy applies to payments made for our services.

Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:

  • If we fail to provide a suitable candidate for the requested position within a reasonable time frame.
  • If the client cancels the contract before the commencement of services, subject to certain conditions.

2. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, the client must contact us via email at customer@bookyourmaid.com with the details of the refund request. We will review the request and respond within a reasonable time frame.
  • If the refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 15 banking days. The refund will be made to the original method of payment used for the transaction, excluding any applicable taxes such as Goods and Services Tax (GST), which are non-refundable.

3. Conditions for Refunds

  • Refunds for cancellations made by the client before the commencement of services will be subject to a deduction of administrative fees.
  • Refunds for cancellations made after the commencement of services will be prorated based on the remaining duration of the contract.
  • Refunds will not be provided if the client terminates the contract due to reasons beyond our control, such as changes in personal circumstances or preferences.
  • Refunds will not be provided for services that have already been rendered, including but not limited to candidate placements and document verification.

4. Dispute Resolution

  • If the client is dissatisfied with the outcome of the refund request, they may escalate the matter by contacting our customer support team. We will strive to resolve any disputes or concerns in a fair and timely manner.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or mobile application.
